Vendor Event Coordination
- Assist in planning and organizing vendor events;
- Set up and support for vendor/sponsor application, payment, and approval process;
- Vendor communication leading up to the event;
- Optional - Assistance with vendor check-in and support on event day - Within 50 miles of Springfield, IL

Small Business
Tech Help
- Setting up appointment scheduling software and reminders;
- Basic website setup (Canva, Wix, Squarespace, Systeme - 5 pages max.)
- Creation of branded social media templates and brand kit;
- Email Marketing Software setup and introduction.

Operations Consulting
- Guidance and recommendations for improving online presence;
- Assessment of goals and creation of an action plan to meet them;
- Introduction to tools and processes for organizing and marketing
- Suggestions for streamlining customer experience and daily operations.
*Available in single sessions for $75/hour or monthly support packages starting at $500
